We offer many free services on your orders such as:
- Stock Borders on any product
- Stock Logos on any product, all other logos charged only for the first time used
- No line limit on Business Cards, Foldover Business Cards or Rolodex Cards
- No mainline limit on any product
- Vertical or diagonal layout
Additional Services and Information:
- To place an order online you will need to login. Orders can also be faxed to us at 972.701.0968 or 1.800.336.8329. Download a printable DOT Order Form here
- If we haven't printed a faxed job for you before, you can e-mail the artwork to us at
order@dot-thermography.com. Always include the job name in the subject of the e-mail and let us know the name of your company so we can match the e-mail to your faxed order. Include a printout of your file with the fax. Put the file name on the faxed Order Form.
- Please send only post script or pdf files with the fonts embedded.
- Use only spot colors for all except 4-color jobs. Use CMYK for 4-color jobs.
- We do not offer design or graphic design implementation services. Please submit completed, color separated graphics.
- We do offer complete typesetting services for your printing orders at no extra charge on most orders.
- Whenever we encounter a problem with your job which requires your assistance, we will contact you.
- Our service is fast and efficient. Most standard color card orders ship within 2-3 business days; however, depending upon the specifications of your job, orders can take longer.
- We offer pick-up and delivery service in the greater Dallas area.
- We can ship direct to you or your customer anywhere in the country.
- We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Please fill out the automatic billing authorization and fax to 972-701-0968 or 800-336-8329.
- For local Dealers, net 30 accounts available, with credit approval.
